At MAC Property Maintenance, we use materials that suit the job, the property and your budget. We look at durability, maintenance and how the area will be used before recommending the right materials for your project.
HOW WE CHOOSE MATERIALS
We don’t recommend the most expensive option just because it costs more. We look at what will work best for the job, how long it should last and what suits your budget.
Before work starts, we consider things such as moisture, wear, cleaning, heat, available space and the finish you’re looking for. Where there are different options available, we can talk you through them and explain the advantages of each one.
materials and workmanship
Where materials or products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll let you know what is covered and any conditions that apply. We’ll also confirm the workmanship cover for our installation as part of your quotation.
If a problem does come up, we’ll have a look and work out whether it’s an issue with the product, the installation or general wear and tear, and advise you on what needs to be done next.
